The following position is to join RTX Corporate:
RTX is looking for an experienced Paralegal, Investigations who will provide critical support to the Global Ethics and Compliance Investigations team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, team player with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
What You Will Do
- Assist investigators and attorneys with investigations regarding allegations of employee misconduct, including alleged corporate policy violations and unlawful activities.
- Assist investigators and attorneys with subpoena responses involving law enforcement.
- Assist with legal document holds, document retrieval and production, discovery management, and interface with company and outside counsel in support of the same.
- Primary responsibilities include case management, document holds and management, interview coordination and notetaking, document review, and other assistance with investigations program.
- Coordinate with other areas/departments of the Company where overlap exists to develop efficient procedures/communications to streamline processes and satisfy various department needs.
- Travel might be required in support of investigations.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
- U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. Citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Ability to travel in support of investigations
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-discovery tools, including familiarity with Relativity.
- Ability to use excel to make tables and charts summarizing data for PowerPoint presentations.
- Proven experience leading projects.
- Strong written skills for reports, interview summaries, and presentations.
- Management and organization of client and internal department documents and processes in electronic format; launching and maintenance of data sites.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks and deadlines.
- Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Task oriented, analytical, organized, detail oriented, self-motivated; the ability to work as part of a team and multi-task is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to work as a strong contributor in a team environment and able to interact will all levels of staff and management.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills a must (both written and oral) with the ability to professionally and collaboratively address and resolve issues.
- Ability to use independent judgment and creativity applied to resolution of issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information is vital.
Location
- Hybrid or Onsite from Arlington, VA or Farmington, CT. Hybrid employees work both onsite and offsite regularly.

The salary range for this role is 68,000 USD - 140,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
