This role requires analytical skills and a thorough understanding of financial principles.</p> <p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prepare monthly financial statements and reports. </li> <li>Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.</li> <li>Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), including issuing customer invoices and monitoring collections.</li> <li>Manage Accounts Payable (AP), including processing and posting supplier invoices.</li> <li>Record and reconcile bank transactions and cash movements.</li> <li>Analyze financial data for accuracy and compliance. </li> <li>Ensure timely and accurate accounting of tax information from tax department. </li> <li>Monitor account balances and resolve discrepancies. </li> <li>Perform detailed account reconciliations. </li> <li>Assist in preparing budget variances.</li> <li>Support internal and external audits. </li> <li>Implement improvements to accounting processes and systems. </li> <li>Stay updated on relevant accounting regulations. </li> <li>Train and mentor junior accounting staff. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications, Ed
