We are seeking a highly skilled and creative 3D Designer to join our in-house Creative Studio. As a 3D Designer, you will play a crucial role in bringing our brand to life through immersive and visually stunning 3D designs. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, content, and product teams to create engaging visual assets that elevate the PrizePicks experience across various channels, including TV commercials, digital campaigns, out-of-home, social media, and product.

This position requires availability during evening sporting events as well as the flexibility to be available for major campaigns during normal business hours. The schedule will vary and may include some weekend and holiday work.

What you’ll do:

 

• 3D Modeling & Animation: Develop high-quality 3D models, animations, and visual effects for various marketing and content initiatives.
• Collaborative Concepting: Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm and execute innovative concepts for across all marketing channels.
• Brand Consistency: Uphold and reinforce the PrizePicks brand identity in all 3D visual elements, ensuring a cohesive look and feel across all media.
• Visual Storytelling: Translate complex ideas into compelling 3D visual narratives that resonate with our target audience and enhance the user experience.
• Technical Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard 3D software (preferably Blender) to create and refine assets, and ensure they meet technical specifications for production.
• Quality Control: Maintain a high standard of quality in all deliverables, paying close attention to detail, color, lighting, and texture.
• Innovation & Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in 3D design, animation, and technology, and apply this knowledge to enhance the creative output of the team.

What you have:

 

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in 3D design, preferably within an advertising, gaming, or entertainment environment.
• Skills: Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering. Experience with 3D software, preferably Blender. Skilled in Adobe and Figma a plus.
• Creativity: Strong creative vision with the ability to translate abstract concepts into visually appealing designs.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your 3D design and animation work is required.
