Join Foundever and play a vital role in supporting some of the world's fastest-growing financial and retail brands! As a member of our team in Orem, Utah, you will help identify emerging risk vectors, analyze customer behaviors, and recognize macro patterns. You'll be responsible for reviewing risk issues related to financial transactions and taking appropriate actions.  It addition you will be providing excellent customer service and technical support.  Your strong investigative and organizational skills will empower you to assist internal partners with their escalations.  

This is an onsite position, offering you the opportunity to collaborate closely with your colleagues and contribute directly to our dynamic team environment.

 

Location Requitements: Must live within 50 miles of our Orem, UT Office at 545 East University Parkway, Orem, UT

 

Core Responsibilities:

 

• Conduct timely and thorough investigations
• Ensure clear and accurate documentation of all records
• Investigate and resolve detailed fraud and financial issues
• Identify and address potential problems
• Review and manage accounts according to policy
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, speed, innovation, and excellence
• Evaluate suspicious activities and documentation for potential fraud risks
• Highlight issues and provide process feedback to stakeholders
• Communicate promptly and effectively with internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to describe your findings and precise terms
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, time-management skills
• Flexibility to adapt and able to manage multiple assignments while working independently
• Excellent analytical skills and experience using google sheets
• Financial, banking, retail and fraud experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Can pass a criminal background check and drug test
