What YOU will do:

· Assisting with Nationwide Commercial Exterior Management Programs from development to completion and closeout.

· Develop relationships with our Contract Partners to ensure they understand our Scope of Work, business requirements and how the Exterior Services team operates.

· Contact field personnel to communicate information regarding service activities.

· Serve as a liaison between the Quality Services Manager, customer, management team, contractor partner and any other party involved in the transaction.

What YOU have accomplished:

· Recently received a Bachelors degree OR will be graduating in December 2024 or May 2025

· Work experience in construction, management, landscaping, or restaurant industry preferred.
