About the role

• Collaborate with ADR, Translations, Product Management, and Production departments regarding on disc content
• Create project information and manage assets for Blu-ray and DVD production
• Maintain detailed documentation on all projects
• Provide through instructions required to complete Blu-ray and DVD production
• Manage external vendor on the scheduling and creation of Blu-ray and DVD menus
• Input jobs and work orders into Media Pulse
• Troubleshoot any Media Pulse tasks that are not displayed correctly
• Monitor the progress of production compared to due dates of each step of production
• Bring production tasks to completion and determine best approach to catch up on tasks that are lagging behind
• Run departmental production meetings
• Perform text-intensive proofreading

About You

• BA/BS degree preferred
• Minimum 2-5 years of Project Management experience required
• Advanced understanding of project management required
• Previous video production or post-production experience
• Understanding of Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of and a passion for entertainment, animation, and pop culture
