About our team
PwC are global leaders in servicing the Asset & Wealth Management industry, and we provide services to all major players in the industry. In Dublin, our dedicated Asset & Wealth Management tax team is made up of 50 individuals led by 4 partners.
We provide services to a wide range of clients across the traditional and alternative fund industries, including private equity and real estate markets.
Our Asset & Wealth Management clients operate on a global basis and so do we. Our tax teams in Dublin work every day with many of the international tax teams in our PwC network - located in 158 countries - giving you a unique opportunity to network with colleagues around the world and work not only on Irish structures but also on transactions spanning international borders.
Our work crosses a spectrum of consultancy services, including advice on mergers and re-domiciliations, assessment of portfolio level tax exposures and analysis of the impact on our clients of OECD and EU tax developments. We work closely with our international network firms on product design and development, taking account of multi-jurisdictional combinations of investors, funds and investments.
We also provide a range of compliance focused services, including the provision of investor tax reporting for our clients. We are bringing members of our existing AWM tax team together into a dedicated investor tax reporting team, focused on the analysis of data and provision of UK investor tax reporting services to our clients.
