Amplify is seeking a full-time Vice President, PD Service Delivery with a background in management, education, coaching, and/or school leadership, as well as experience in leading large, growing customer-facing teams, a demonstrated track record of understanding and meeting customer implementation needs at scale and across all customer types, and a record for successful partnership with sales and customer success teams to deliver a coherent, consistent customer experience, to join our PD team and make an impact on educators and students.
Essential Responsibilities:
The Vice President, PD Service Delivery (VP, PD Delivery) is a senior leadership role within Amplify, reporting to the EVP, Customer Experience. The VP, PD Delivery is responsible for preparing and continuously developing teachers and administrators to achieve outstanding results with students. They set the vision and direction for our PD delivery team members responsible for delivering training and development to teachers and administrators and managing large/complex professional development accounts. At the center of PD Delivery is a deep customer orientation and relentless focus on driving student outcomes through our Amplify program.
The VP, PD Delivery will lead a regionalized, cross-product professional services organization delivering district-wide and school-based implementation and ongoing support and development across the country. With a focus on training, coaching, and developing, this role will enable these individuals as they deliver consistent, high quality training sessions, develop multi-year, district-wide professional development strategies, advise district leaders on key pedagogical questions and change considerations, and conduct district-wide program reviews.
This role will lead Amplify’s PD Delivery team, leading national PD service delivery led by 100+ FTE/FXT staff and 900+ contingent workers regionalized across the country. The VP, PD Delivery will direct and lead a team of regional leaders who support our district customers. This role will partner closely with our Customer Success and Sales teams in our collective effort to ensure excellent and consistent end-to-end customer experiences for all Amplify accounts.
The VP, PD Delivery will work cross-functionally with senior leadership to ensure a strong, collaborative and customer-focused culture is in place that complements the goals and missions of our customers, while driving broader PD- and company-wide goals. As the “face” of Professional Development to our customers, the VP, PD Delivery will ensure a delightful experience for every customer. They will maintain a pulse on customer needs and work closely with CX Leadership Team members to ensure that our standard offerings meet customer needs, customer development needs are met, and ensure we maintain a high bar of delivery while evolving our approach to measuring impact.
