Job Summary:
The Finance & Accounting Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day finance functions in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology. This manager has a deep understanding of the complexities surrounding provider compensation, the systems used in the department, and funds flow for clinical activities between the University of Colorado, CU Medicine, Children’s Hospital Colorado, and University of Colorado Hospital Authority.
The Finance & Accounting Program Manager maintains oversight of all fiscal activity of the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology, performs fiscal planning and financial analyses, serves as the Department’s approver of purchases and expenses, maintains financial and accounting documentation, is an advisor to the Department’s Director of Finance and Administration on fiscal measures needed to ensure the Department is profitable and cost effective, and manages Departmental projects related to finance and accounting.

Work Location:
Hybrid – this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings. Subject to change based on campus work requirements.
