Mobile Expert

What you’ll do

As a member of the CVM team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing strategies and campaigns to enhance Customer loyalty and retention for Vodafone's mobile Customers. You will:

• Have ownership and play a crucial role in providing senior management with powerful insights to support and challenge decisions
• Have an end-to-end vision of the strategy, engaging and influencing various areas such as marketing, digital, analytics, retail, and others
• Analyze Customer data and market trends to identify business opportunities
• Define and implement offers and strategies for mobile customers
• Manage Customer life cycle campaigns (telesales, SMS, push notifications, email, etc.)
• Work closely with channels to monitor results, implement solutions, and lead continuous performance improvement (retail, digital and customer care)
• Promote product and process optimization
• Conceptualize A/B testing
• Ensure offer consistency in the customer journey through various channels and throughout the Customer life cycle
• Influence and lead cross-functional teams to drive customer loyalty and retention

Who you are

• Degree in Economics, Management, Marketing, or related field
• 2 years of professional experience in similar roles (ideally in the telecommunications market)
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and presentation skills; ease in interpersonal relations and team spirit
• Proactive, capable of planning and leading end-to-end projects (data interpretation, scenario presentation, solution implementation)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of QlikSense, Power BI, and Tableau
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese required
