The buyer will located in JFK Airport offices and it's scope of work will be split as follow:

              20 % dedicated to Project Management Office

             80% of Connex tasks linked with the Operations and Maintenance Team  

 

Project Management Office:

  • Conduct RFQ and lead Business Award based on identified scope
  • Negotiate commercial terms and put in place Specific Agreement
  • Placing POs/ manage milestones payment/ Invoice issues and coordinate with fiancé team
  • Communication with vendors and other key stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain KPI/ Tools Projects award/ PO placement/ milestones payment/ Weekly reports to be shared with both PMO and Procurement leadership
  • Make the link between all Metier (PMO/ ENG/ Finance….)
  • Other needed tasks as assigned

 

Connex tasks:

  • Participate to any project where procurement involvement is required (obsolescence, communication with customer, presentation
  • Support site buyer into Supplier panel rationalization
  • Improve site procurement process (procurement basics, requester training, Guidelines....)

 

Miscellaneous:

  • Position is 100% on site job
  • According to weather conditions, assignment on site is possible for 24 hours
  • Mission of 18 months with no prolongation
