• Hourly Rate: $18hr - $20hr
• Schedule: Mon-Fri 6:00AM - 3:00PM (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload shipments of products and/or materials.
• Record receipts & enter into computer system.
• Stage materials for pick-up or shipping.
• Recommend changes/improvements to work processes and procedures in writing.
• Understand and meet safety requirements for equipment and tools.
• Help lift large units as requested. Pick up and deliver material when necessary.
• Keep warehouse area neat and organized: inventory stock area of warehouse; request material replenishment as needed; provide detailed information to procurement department.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 1-2yrs of Warehouse Experience (Construction Industry Preferred)
• Forklift Operation Certification is a Plus
• Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills; strong listening and empathy skills; organization skills for managing work schedules, job priorities and stock levels.
• Diagnostic skills: assessment, problem solving and decision making.
• Initiative: ability to work independently; Flexibility: willingness to work variable work schedules.
• Basic math skills, legible writing, basic personal computer skills in word and excel.
• Ability to physically lift up to 75 pounds.
• No experience necessary but must be willing to learn.
