Then this is the job for you! </em> </p> <p> </p> <p>Be part of a highly skilled team<br/> You will join a small but highly collaborative and skilled User Experience (UX) team, consisting of three UX designers, a UI-designer, and a Tech Writer. Each UX designer is dedicated to a product within our Defence product suite, giving our UX designers the opportunity to work in depth with a specific product - in this role you will focus on <a href="https://systematic.com/en-gb/industries/defence/products/sitaware-suite/sitaware-insight/">SitaWare Insight</a>.</p> <p> </p> <p>As a UX designer for SitaWare Insight, you will influence and leave your mark on a complex product that makes a vast difference for users in critical situations. The domain provides limited access to users due to classified information and military secrecy. Your primary domain resources will be our own in-house experts and product managers. </p> <p> </p> <p>Convert user needs into intuitive interactions<br/> Your main responsibility will be to ensure, improve and drive great usability of new features –converting complexity to simplicity. To support this process, you will take ownership of the product’s interface and user flows while maintaining close collaboration with the UX team, Insight development teams, and Insight Product Management.    </p> <p>In addition to that, some of your key tasks will be to: <br/> •    explore and set the direction for new concepts and features for the product – for example Big Data and Artificial Intelligence<br/> •    align proposed solutions with Product Owner, Architects and Developers<br/> •    create prototype idea for SitaWare Insight and features of various fidelity and complexity<br/> •    support developers in implementing features and write technical specifications for the product<br/> •    ensure synergy with other SitaWare products</p> <p> </p> <p>Proactive UX specialist with an eye for details<br/> We envisage that you have a master’s degree in Digital Design, Interaction Design or Information Technology.</p> <p>We also expect that you: <br/> •    have 3+ years of experience working with UX<br/> •    excellent skills within Figma – and perhaps knowledge within Axure, and/or AdobeXD<br/> •    have experience with or an interest in working with UX in the context of Big Data, AI and Business Intelligence<br/> •    have a collaborative and problem-solving mindset<br/> •    have a good command of both spoken and written English.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please note that you must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO/EU country for the past seven years as we work with security-classified projects.
