Eligibility Requirements
- Must complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for the current award year
- Must maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress standards
- Must be enrolled in at least half-time. (6 units undergraduate; 3 units graduate) per semester
- Must have a federal need of at least $2,000
- Submit all requested financial aid documentation from your To-Do-List by the due date
- Must have an official award notification from the Financial Aid Office
- Must be a U.S. citizen, eligible non-citizen, or permanent resident

As a Coyote Ambassador at the Campus Tours and Visitor Center, you will play a vital role in shaping the experiences of prospective students and their families, guiding them on their journey to becoming part of the CSUSB community.
About Us: The Campus Tours and Visitor Center, part of the Office of Outreach and Student Recruitment, is your go-to resource for everything related to visiting our campus, applying for admission, and taking the next steps toward enrollment. Our Coyote Ambassadors are the friendly faces and welcoming voices that make a lasting impression on visitors, helping them discover all that CSUSB has to offer.

Your Role: As a Coyote Ambassador, you will engage in three key areas: Operations, Campus Tours, and Outreach Events.
Operations:
- Provide essential clerical support, including answering phones and emails, scheduling tours, and managing visitor inquiries.
- Dispense vital information about CSUSB, its programs, and campus life to guests.
- Welcome prospective students during their visits and assist them with parking and campus navigation.
- Maintain accurate student databases and assist with CRM processes.
Campus Tours:
- Conduct engaging individual and group tours, both in-person and virtually, showcasing the best of CSUSB.
- Share your passion for our campus by delivering informative admissions presentations and answering questions.
- Create memorable experiences that highlight the positive aspects of attending CSUSB.
Campus Events:
- Participate in mandatory Outreach and Student Recruitment events, including evenings and weekends.
- Serve on student panels to discuss the benefits of higher education and your personal CSUSB journey.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.

Responsibilities:
