Position Summary:

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll ensure our property is always well-maintained and ready to provide guests with a flawless experience. From general repairs to landscaping, your role will be essential in upholding our high standards for appearance, functionality, and luxury.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform general repairs, including furniture, fixtures, painting, and building maintenance.
• Complete routine and preventative maintenance to meet luxury standards.
• Maintain landscaping and ensure the entire property is clean and well-kept.
• Work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively with the team.
• Manage inventory of supplies and materials, ensuring readiness for repairs and maintenance

Requirements:

• Perform general repairs, including furniture, fixtures, painting, and building maintenance.
• Complete routine and preventative maintenance to meet luxury standards.
• Maintain landscaping and ensure the entire property is clean and well-kept.
• Work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively with the team.
• Manage inventory of supplies and materials, ensuring readiness for repairs and maintenance
• Performing other related duties as assigned by the Maintenance Leader.

Position Type: Full-time or Part-time
Hourly Rate: $16.00 - 24.00+ per hour based on experience
Work location: Whitwell Mountain, TN 37397.
