The Role The Chief of Staff at Solera, will be responsible to plan and direct all administrative duties, policy formulation, operational priorities, and where needed, strategic initiatives on behalf of the Executive Team. Lead with strong collaborative communication with all levels of senior leadership within the company and serve as a point of contact between the Executive Team and other stakeholders. Track strategic company progress and implement needed adjustments to ensure goals are met or exceeded. Expected to maintain a strong and comprehensive understanding of all functional organizations within the company and provide strategic counsel to the Executive Team.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Executive leadership in creating and managing the company’s strategic plans, priorities and policies.
- Ensure that appropriate prioritization, collaboration and effective execution among project ownership such that all milestones and objectives are achieved on time and as scheduled/planned.
- Responsible for translating business direction to the team and where appropriate provide guidance under the leadership of the ELT.
- Develop and implement a system for tracking and reporting on the progress of the strategic plan implementation.
- Provide effective and inspiring leadership by being actively involved in all programs and services, developing a broad and deep knowledge of all business units and programs.
- Identify Solera opportunities to leverage cross-functional strengths to take advantage of new opportunities and/or to address organizational challenges.
- Achieve the organizational transformation targets in a complex and changing environment.
- Ensuring efficiency to capture the maximum value of the organization.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum BS/BA degree with at least 7 years of experience and a track record in senior program management support or direct interface roles. MBA preferred.
- Track record of effectively guiding an organization with a complex array of programs with the ability to leverage strengths across program areas.
- Excellence in organizational management with the ability to coach a C-Suite level staff to manage and develop high-performance teams and develop/implement program strategies.
- Stakeholder Management Experience in terms of building and maintaining excellent relationships within complex organizations.
- Highly developed analytical skills and a broad picture/future vision, with a proven ability to make those visions a reality.
- Strong operational, Technical, and hands-on knowledge of data analytics
- Self-Aware, and high-energy combined with consultative skills to achieve the optimum level of results amongst partners, colleagues and customers.
- Experience in leading organizational transformation and program management including program budgeting and fiscal management.
- Great MS Office skills, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Great communication skills and unparalleled discretion.
This role is based in our Westlake, Texas office and will be full-time on site (no hybrid considerations), and will report to the CEO/CFO.
