PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver an Excellent Experience: Provide Tier 1 HR support for all customers (employees, alumni, leaders, internal partners, and HR colleagues) that come in via phone call or ServiceNow cases using the knowledge base to ensure timely response, excellent experience, and effective escalation (as needed) in each interaction.
- Data Integrity & Documentation: Ensure data integrity by capturing accurate and complete information for each interaction and resolution.
- Champion HR Services & ServiceNow Adoption: Act as an HR Services SME providing guidance and learnings to HR colleagues and customers to drive efficiency, ServiceNow adoption and overall knowledge sharing.
- Strengthen Knowledge Management: Use ServiceNow knowledge base & knowledge articles to support response to request and questions. Use learnings, observations & feedback to contribute to improvements within knowledge base(s) to ensure content is accurate, complete, a
