Corporate Development Department
Vantage’s global Corporate Development team is responsible for the company’s value creation strategy through initiatives including sourcing and executing acquisitions to help rapidly scale our reach and capabilities, raising new equity capital, and leading organic investments in new markets and regions including via joint venture or partnerships. The Corporate Development team collaborates with our regional leadership and operating teams to drive the evaluation and execution of M&A, capital raising and other strategic investment initiatives.
Position Overview
Vantage is seeking a detail-oriented, initiative-driven, quick-learning Corporate Development Manager to own responsibilities across critical functions relating to Vantage’s organic and inorganic growth strategies. You will support broad company initiatives and interact with key internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with our VP, Corporate Development and have high visibility with members of our Executive Teams in North American and Europe, as well as our debt and equity investors. The ideal candidate will be an autonomous self-starter who is capable of driving results without constant direction. You should have a professional-growth mindset and be willing to bring forth innovative ideas and methods that can benefit Vantage.
This role will be based in Denver, CO. in alignment with our flexible work policy (3 Days on-site required, 2 flexible).
Essential Job Functions
Perform analysis, build models, and drive process related to potential acquisitions, greenfield developments, and other strategic investment initiatives
Drive and execute critical corporate decisions, particularly related to returns, capital allocation, and investment strategy
Drive preparation of presentations for the Executive Team, Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders
Manage modeling and support due diligence process for new acquisitions by coordinating interdepartmental tasks and evaluating future potential markets
Responsible for financial modeling for potential data center real estate acquisitions and other business intelligence
Support deal process from target identification and evaluation through closing
Prepare materials for internal review and regular updates with the Board of Directors
Make recommendations to the Executive Team regarding the company’s strategic purpose based on data, including capital allocation outcomes and strategic planning
Additional duties as assigned by Management
Job Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and / or Accounting, required
2-4 years of experience working in one of the following industries: investment banking, private equity, Big 4, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) or capital markets.
Experience in Data Center and communications infrastructure sectors preferred
Strong analytical mind and quantitative skillset, required
Executive presence and effective communication skills, required

Additional Details
Salary Range: $140,000 - $155,000 + 15% Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)
