As a business and systems analyst, you’ll work to develop leading-edge systems. Working with your team of analysts and architects and alongside Splunk SMEs, you’ll identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll guide your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you’ll deliver high business value products to customers.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience in a business or systems analyst role
• Experience with requirements management tools, including Jira or TFS
• Experience leading client delivery engagements and working with senior-level client management 
• Top Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Experience guiding technical teams through the Agile process
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
• Possession of excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• Possession of excellent interpersonal skills, to successfully interact with clients, technical staff, and managers 
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
