PHARMACY PRACTICE RESIDENT (Year 1)

Work Schedule: 

100% FTE, Days, Evenings, Rotating Weekends, Rotating Holidays, you will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St. 

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Overtime

On-call pay

Qualifications

• Pharm.D. degree from an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy. Required

Work Experience Licenses & Certifications

• Current licensure from State of Illinois or license eligible. (Passing NAPLEX/IL MPJE scores & Illinois pharmacist license to Human Resources within 120 days of hire. Any exceptions to the 120 day requirement will be reviewed on a case by case basis ). Required
• ACLS certified within 30 days of hire. Required
