Responsibilities

The Senior Administrative Specialist - Risk Advisory Services position can be in person, remote, or hybrid.   Responsibilities:   - Provide administrative support to the Risk Advisory Services team, ensuring deadlines are met while fostering a positive work environment - Create, proofread, edit, and correct documents and assemble reports, ensuring timeliness and content accuracy - Produce high-quality work following guidelines and firm standards - Demonstrate a general knowledge of the firm's products, services, and industries - Demonstrate general knowledge of Risk Advisory Services

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Qualifications:   - Five+ years of administrative experience in a professional services environment or three+ years with an associate degree - Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively while balancing multiple tasks - Ability to work under pressure and time deadlines while adhering to standard processes - Ability to know when to escalate or seek guidance on an issue or roadblock - Good Written and verbal communication skills - Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Word required, beginner-level experience in Microsoft Teams and Outlook required Carly Seidl, from our recruiting team, will be guiding you through this process.
