RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead enterprise-wide recruiting strategy across funded and proposal efforts
• Develop and execute cleared hiring strategies, including TS/SCI and polygraph recruitment
• Partner with Growth and Proposal teams to support staffing for competitive bids and key personnel
• Build scalable recruiting processes, pipelines, and performance metrics to support high-volume hiring
• Advise executive leadership on workforce planning, labor market trends, and hiring strategy
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruiting organization
• Establish accountability and performance standards across recruiting teams
• Collaborate with business leaders and program managers to align hiring priorities
• Serve as escalation point for critical hiring needs and executive-level searches
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 12+ years of progressive experience in Government Contracting recruiting
• Expertise in Intelligence Community (IC) and cleared recruiting environments
• Proven success supporting proposal-driven hiring and capture efforts
• Strong knowledge of security clearance processes and compliance requirements
• Experience in managing a team of recruiters, performance management and professional development
• Experience scaling recruiting operations in a high-growth environment
• Proven experience managing recruiting teams, including performance management, coaching and professional development of recruiters
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience supporting IDIQs, GWACs, and large federal programs
• Established network within cleared and IC talent communities
• Experience leading both funded and proposal recruiting functions
• Bachelor’s degree desired
