If so, we invite you to be a part of our innovative team.</p> <p>As a Staff Software Engineer on Ridgeline’s Users & Entitlements team, you will be a core contributor to the design and delivery of authentication and authorization services that power our entire platform. These services play a critical role in our Security First culture by ensuring users are verified, authorized, and properly provisioned across the Ridgeline ecosystem. You’ll collaborate closely with Platform, Product, and Security engineering teams to solve high-impact challenges using modern technologies, including AI tools like GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT.</p> <p>At Ridgeline, how we work matters as much as what we build. If the Ridgeline Way excites you, we’d love to meet you.</p> <p><strong>The impact you will have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide technical expertise for user authentication and authorization, performance, scalability, and security</li> <li>Use AI tools thoughtfully throughout the SDLC to accelerate research, prototyping, implementation, testing, documentation, and review, while ensuring outputs are accurate, secure, maintainable, and production-ready.</li> <li>Design, build, and test solutions that integrate with Auth0 and Single Sign On Identity Providers to handle authentication</li> <li>Handle On-Call rotations for production support of the authentication and authorization services</li> <li>Be involved in the entire software development process, including requirements and design, implementation, code reviews, automation, and testing through end product delivery</li> <li>Impact a developing tech stack based on modern serverless frameworks and cost-efficient utilization of AWS back-end services</li> <li>Coach, mentor, and inspire teams of product engineers that are responsible for delivering high performing, secure enterprise applications</li> <li>Proactively collaborate across Platform, Product, and Security teams as well as cross-functionally to establish partnerships and champion innovation</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we look for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>8+ years in a software engineering position with a history of architecting and designing new products and technologies</l
