Reporting to our VP Strategy, this is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our product strategy and identifying new levers for growth.</p><p>In this role, you’ll bring structure, market insight, and sharp thinking to help guide strategic product decisions that drive business impact.<br/></p><p><strong>✨ Main tasks<strong></strong></strong><strong></strong><br/></p><ul> <li><strong>Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities</strong>, by researching new segments, businesses, and geographies, and assessing their potential against long-term objectives.</li> <li><strong>Set objectives:</strong> Collaborate with leadership to define the annual strategic plan and set quarterly targets for departments and company projects.</li> <li><strong>Gather strategic insights</strong> from customers, competitors, internal teams, and market data to ensure Swan’s offering remains innovative and relevant.</li> <li><strong>Collaborate closely with product and business teams</strong> to align product priorities with business opportunities, and help drive key decisions around features and roadmap direction.</li> <li><strong>Measure performance</strong> across departments by measuring key metrics against targets, and identifying growth areas and operational improvement opportunities.</li> <li><strong>Oversee company-wide projects</strong> and cross-functional initiatives to ensure collaboration and meet company objectives.</li> </ul><p><br/></p><h3><strong>Preferred experience</strong></h3><p> </p><p>✨ <strong>You’re a great match if:</strong></p><ul> <li>Strong experience in <strong>strategy and/or top-tier consulting</strong>, ideally within fintech or SaaS environments.</li> <li>You have a proven track record in managing strategic, cross-functional projects, and can juggle multiple priorities efficiently.</li> <li><strong>Analytical mindset</strong>: you excel at navigating complex business data, market trends, and performance metrics to guide decisions.</li> <li>You are a <strong>strategic thinker</strong> with excellent business acumen and a strong product sense.</li> <li>Demonstrated <strong>leadership skills</strong>: you can rally stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.</li> <li>You are <strong>hands-on</strong>, adaptable, and proactive, with a strong <strong>bias for action</strong> and a results-oriented mindset.</li> <li>You’re an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, and you know how to influence and negotiate effectively.</li> <li>Our ideal teammate: Empathetic.
