In addition to game products such as Genshin Impact, Honkai Impact 3rd, Tears of Themis, and Honkai: Star Rail, HoYoverse also launched the dynamic desktop software N0va Desktop, the community product HoYoLAB, and created a variety of products such as animations, comics, music, novels, and merchandise around our original creative concept.

What You Will Do:

Develop player-centric community strategies and lead local community initiatives to achieve regional goals, translating strategy into actionable plans.

Manage social media content calendar and cross-regional workflows to ensure consistent and high-quality content delivery globally.

Drive and manage regional community projects, working with cross-project community and creator teams to develop and execute world-class global creator programs that achieve short-term game project goals while also realizing long-term community objectives.

Expand local social media platforms, user base, and player engagement in collaboration with local marketing and operations teams under a globally consistent strategy.

Establish effective feedback mechanisms, listen to community feedback, anticipate risks, and take timely actions to maintain a healthy community environment, serving as a bridge between the community and project teams.

Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and community engagement strategies.

Manage and develop the regional community team, identifying team weaknesses and quickly addressing them while promoting communication skills and elevating outstanding team members.
What We Are Looking For:

At least 7 years of experience in managing, publishing, or social media marketing for large-scale game communities in either Japan, Korea or European markets

In-depth understanding and operational experience of the region's community culture

Familiarity with mainstream social media mechanisms, algorithms, and user attributes

Strong experience in vendor management, with the ability to quickly coordinate multiple resources and collaborate effectively

In-depth understanding of game mechanics and development team requirements, with a strong interest in industry trends and the ability to provide the team with the latest industry information

Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to optimize external communication announcements with precise vocabulary

Rich experience in content management platform CMS, website production, SEO, video production, and project management, with the ability to quickly identify problems and propose optimization suggestions

Excellent communication skills in English
