This isn’t an office-bound Hotel GM role. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, inspire a team, and lead by example across every department. Whether it’s greeting guests at the front desk, jumping in with housekeeping, or strategizing revenue plans — you’ll be at the heart of it all.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead all hotel operations — Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, and Sales — with energy and excellence
• Set and execute business plans, budgets, and guest service strategies that exceed expectations
• Actively engage in sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue and boost visibility
• Develop strong market knowledge and foster community partnerships
• Build, lead, and develop a team of passionate associates
• Drive service training, performance feedback, and recognition culture
• Ensure every guest experience reflects our high standards of quality and care
• Champion financial integrity and partner closely with finance teams
• Embody Colwen and Marriott brand standards in every interaction

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of Hotel General Manager experience
• Prior Marriott Brand experience highly desired
• Skilled in hotel operations and sales strategy
• A clear communicator, collaborative leader, and natural motivator
• Focused on service and committed to the pursuit of excellence
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Ready to lead from the front — not the office chair
