Position Description:

Act as the solution lead for SAP S/4HANA Cloud, demonstrating cross-functional knowledge across the SAP S/4HANA Cloud solution set.

 

Solution Lead for SAP S/4HANA Cloud:

• Lead functional expert;
• Demonstrate cross-functional expertise at a medium level across all lines of business;
• Provide solution design and implementation guidance;
• Partner with the consulting team for the execution of solution design workshops;
• Maintain in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of relevant business drivers and typical customer needs;
• Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in SAP Activate Methodology;
• Collaborate with the pre-sales team to review the deal scope and initial ROM estimate

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Analyze client business and map to SAP S/4HANA Cloud, leveraging best practices;
2. Design and architect SAP S/4HANA Cloud based on customer requirements, proactively identifying key integration areas with other functional teams;
3. Provide system enhancement options to address requirements not supported by core SAP S/4HANA Cloud out of the box;
4. Provide enhanced validation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud focusing on key integration points, strategic business requirements, and alignment to the solution roadmap;
5. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to upper management and executives focused on analyzing key business processes functions;
6. Go-live support and identification of key business process functions with potential for future improvement and
7. Provide thought leadership on SAP S/4HANA Cloud to the organization.

Position Requirements/Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field;
2. Seven years SAP project implementation experience;
3. Four years integration experience with other business process areas;
4. Four years leadership experience in SAP solution implementation;
5. Experience configuring multiple SAP modules or experience across multiple industries;
6. Experience in at least one SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation.
