Travel Certified Nursing Assistant in Rhode Island

NCG Associates, a reputable healthcare staffing agency, is currently hiring Travel Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for assignments in Rhode Island. As a Travel CNA with NCG Associates, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare facilities across Rhode Island, providing essential care and support to patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide comfort and emotional support to patients during their stay
• Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Assist with mobility and range of motion exercises
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
• Communicate with patients and their families to address concerns and provide updates
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
• Adhere to infection control protocols and other healthcare facility policies and procedures

Requirements

• Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CNA
• Willingness to travel and work in various healthcare facilities across Rhode Island
• Knowledge of patient care principles and practices
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Physical endurance and ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
