Position Title:
Regional Field Network Manager - Southeast Region
Position Location:
This position is available to remote applicants residing in states/locations: North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Colorado, New Mexico, and Texas.
Your Role:
The Regional Field Network Manager oversees our contracted clinical field team within the Field Partner Network and is responsible for providing leadership and support to clinicians throughout their specific region within the United States. The position includes driving implementation of assessment products through training and education and acting a resource to ensure company policies and procedures are carried out. You will partner with leadership teams across CareScout to strategically expand and advance the Field Partner Network and will oversee onboarding and training the clinicians in your assigned region. You will also partner with our Regional Sales team to engage with new Providers include home health, Assisted Living Facilities, and Nursing Homes and support the ongoing relationships with care facilities in your region.
What You Will Be Doing:
• Identify and prioritize network growth opportunities as needed.
• Perform quality assessments, virtually and in person, for Providers.
• Oversee onboarding and sourcing for new clinicians.
• Ensure support and training of all active and new contractors.
• Relationship management for Home Health Agency, Assisted Living Facilities, and Nursing Home partners enrolled in Network.
• Maintain highly engaged contracted clinical staff across assigned region through open communication, robust trainings, and responsive support.
• Responsible for reviewing and using quality data, including complaints, to provide coaching and performance management.
• Responsible for assisting with user support of Field Network Portal platform.
• Share analytical results on Network performance to leadership team.
• Enforce region’s adherence to state and federal programs for clinical licensure.
• Motivate and direct team members to build cooperative relationships
Provide the highest level of internal and external customer service.
• Prepares and analyzes quality and cost results reports and presentations on regional impact
• Up to 50% travel as required.
What You Bring:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Active and unencumbered state RN License
• 3 – 5 years of supervisory experience
• 10+ years of experience in case management, home care, acute care, and/or a rehabilitation setting preferably with a geriatric population.
• Understanding of single and cumulative medical conditions and their impact on the aging process
• Proven excellent analytical skills and business acumen
Ability to document and communicate analytical results to key decision makers.
• Demonstrated leadership in influencing and leading clinical teams on a variety of tasks
•Able to work with structured and unstructured data
•Strong database, Excel, PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to build rapport and relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
• Project Management experience
• Prior experience in training and/or education
• Long Term Care / Insurance industry knowledge
• Telephonic case management / Home Health Care experience
• MBA or master’s degree
