Paralegal / Legal Operations Generalist
ROLE SNAPSHOT —
• Location/Schedule: Remote
• Purpose: Serve as the operational backbone of the in-house legal function, owning legal workflows, records, coordination, and NDA administration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES —
• Manage signature, execution, and records workflows for legal documents.
• Maintain transition documentation and legal records.
• Coordinate document flow, scheduling, intake, and records logistics with outside litigation counsel.
• Own the NDA lifecycle from preparation through execution, tracking, and filing.
• Support administration of the in-house legal operations engine (Excalibur).
• Monitor legal workflow status and ensure timely completion of key activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of litigation-sensitive materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve legal processes and operational efficiency.
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
• Demonstrated paralegal or legal operations experience spanning contracts, litigation support, and records management.
• Experience coordinating with outside counsel.
• Experience managing NDAs or contract lifecycles from initiation through completion.
• Ability to operate independently across multiple legal workflows.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Sound judgment handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Comfortable working with modern AI-enabled tools.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience supporting an in-house legal department.
• Experience administering legal workflow or matter-management systems.
• Proven success improving legal processes or operational efficiency.
• Experience in a remote or distributed work environment.

The pay range for this position is $75,000.00 to $110,000.00. Please note that the quoted pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) experience, including industry or specific experience, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, and/or other applicable laws.
