Assistant-Administrative Cardiothoracic Surgery

 

Work Schedule: 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday. No holidays or weekends.

What You Will Be Doing Daily: 

• Answering incoming calls for patients, referring providers and other stakeholders.
• Provide basic administrative and technical support for the team and providers they support. 
• Manage calendars, communicates with multiple disciplines via phone and Cerner pool messaging, handles patient and referral inquires as appropriate. 
• Manage work with basic guidance and direction. 
• Address basic administrative and technical issues when they arise.

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Requires 0-3+ years relevant experience; previous administrative experience preferred.
• Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment a plus.
• Requires basic proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
