Summary of Responsibility:

HFO Trident is seeking a motivated, team-oriented CNC Field Service Technician Trainee for our New England territory. This is an opportunity to learn a highly specialized trade with paid training, hands-on experience, and a clear path for long-term advancement. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, solving problems, learning technical skills, and building a career in a high-demand industry. Successful candidates are mechanically inclined, self-motivated, dependable, and eager to continue developing their technical abilities in a fast-paced service environment. What You Will Contribute:

  • Travel to customer facilities throughout the New England region

  • Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machine tools and automation equipment

  • Learn electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and software systems

  • Work alongside experienced technicians and industry professionals

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support

  • Continuously develop technical skills in a growing, high-demand industry

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Mechanical and electrical aptitude

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics preferred

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position

  • Flexible schedule with willingness to travel throughout the territory
