Talent Acquisition Partner - Temp to Perm

The Team:

The Talent Acquisition Team supports Celonis’ strong international growth by being responsible for innovative recruitment initiatives to attract and hire the future employees of Celonis. We’re not just recruiters, but we’re talent advisors and candidate experience experts just the same!

Right now, we are looking for an interim recruiter in Munich on a temp-to-perm basis. We will always look at options to convert to perm if things go well for both of us. 

The Role:

You’ll be trusted to manage the full life-cycle recruitment process across EMEA, with the help of a Talent Coordinator supporting you. State-of-the-art TA reporting functionalities give you visibility into funnel metrics and progress reporting to help guide your actions and empower you to consult with internal clients or external partners – all at your fingertips, with real-time data and never having to manually scrub spreadsheets again! Too good to be true!? Celonis is the market leader in Process Mining, and TA is applying this software to our ATS. And yes, it’s amazing.

The work you’ll do:

• Supporting priority hiring sprints within the Go-to-Market team (GTM), recruiting Account Executives, BDRs, and pre- and post-sales Consultants. 
• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for your roles, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Advise and partner with hiring managers on their interview structures and plans.
• Partner with the wider global TA functions supporting TA Delivery (TA Brand, TA Operations).

The qualifications you need:

• Whether you have external agency background or RPO or in-house (ideally SaaS) experience – you’ll find a similar blend in Celonis TA and experienced peers to partner with.
• Excellent communication skills and interest in interacting with colleagues, candidates and partners.
• You can come as you are – the fun-loving, passionate seller, who never gets shy of pushing boundaries or asking the tough questions with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise workload.
• Strong sourcing and candidate outreach capabilities.
• Must be fluent in Spanish and English. German is a plus.
