Objective of the position:

Support, execute, and improve the general accounting and financial reporting processes of the DVCM Group, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, local regulations, tax requirements, and IFRS. Prepare reliable, timely, and analytical financial information for statutory reporting, internal management needs, government requirements, and audit processes. Ensure the proper accounting interpretation of transactions while promoting continuous improvement and long‑term sustainability of processes to support effective decision‑making across the organization.

  • Knowledge of accounting process.
  • Continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Automation skills using corporate tools (Power Automate, Excel macros, smart templates, parameterized reports).
  • Data analysis & visualization tools (Excel advanced, Power BI, SmartView).
  • Process mapping & documentation.

Main Functions:

  • Develop automations using corporate tools (SAP, Power Automate, macros, parameterized reports, or smart templates) to strengthen the processes of:preparation of financial statements,provisions and accruals,reconciliations,regulatory reports and audit deliverables.
  • Propose improvements to integrate digital controls that ensure timeliness and accuracy in the preparation and review of financial information.
  • Identify, design, and implement continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing closing processes, accounting records, provisions, financial reporting, and workflows with internal areas and Accenture, ensuring efficiency, traceability, and long‑term sustainability. Document, standardize, and update critical accounting processes, ensuring they are reproducible, auditable, and not dependent on a single individual, while maintaining alignment with IFRS, corporate policies, and tax requirements.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and oversee quarterly financial reporting procedures required by government authorities and external stakeholders ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
  • Collaborate with business partners, Accenture, and external auditors to coordinate all external audit deliverables, negotiate timelines, and ensure timely follow‑up and resolution of audit results.
  • Perform detailed analysis, monitoring, and timely amortization of prepaid expenses, ensuring accurate classification, proper alignment with contractual terms, and compliance with IFRS. Maintain updated schedules, validate supporting documentati
