Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with a strong background in designing and delivering scalable business solutions using the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, integration, and DevOps, along with proven leadership skills in a consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement business solutions leveraging Salesforce and its ecosystem.
• Scale Salesforce-based services across large enterprise environments.
• Integrate Salesforce with multiple applications and architectures using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Lead technical workshops and translate business requirements into robust, scalable solutions.
• Drive technical presales activities including solution design, scoping, and client presentations.
• Mentor and guide technical teams, ensuring best practices and quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain excellent client communication.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and ecosystem.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Workflows, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Developer in a consulting environment.
• Ability to lead technical workshops and deliver scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills.
• Track record of mentoring and developing technical teams.
