We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to shape the future of this experience. You’ll set the vision and strategy for how customers engage with product information, fulfillment options, and decision-making tools, all while ensuring Walmart’s digital shelf is intuitive, informative, and inspiring.

What You’ll Do

• Set the Vision: Define and own the multi-year strategy for Walmart’s Item Page Experience.
• Inspire Innovation: Imagine new ways for customers to shop—from streamlined product information to immersive, data-driven tools.
• Deliver at Scale: Translate big ideas into bold, simple experiences that touch millions of daily shoppers.
• Lead Through Influence: Partner with engineers, designers, data scientists, and business leaders across Walmart to bring your vision to life.
• Measure & Learn: Establish key success metrics, experiment boldly, and use data to continuously evolve the experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, ideally in eCommerce, marketplace platforms, or large-scale customer-facing products.
• Proven track record of defining and executing against a product vision with measurable results.
• Strong user experience, analytical, and technical acumen; comfortable with data and experimentation.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of an organization.
• Preferred: MBA or advanced degree, management consulting experience, or equivalent leadership in digital product management.
