About the opportunity:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Aftermarket Manager for Chery Doncaster.

As an Aftermarket Manager you will lead, motivate & grow the Service & Parts team. You’ll play a key role in promoting and selling Chery and externally branded car care, aftermarket, and accessory products. You’ll use proven sales strategies to meet set sales and profitability targets, while ensuring all customer interactions align with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally present car care products and accessories to customers, clearly explaining benefits, features, and any applicable limitations or warranties.
• Maximise sales opportunities by following a structured process, identifying customer needs, and proactively following up with those not seen at the point of sale.
• Maintain strong product knowledge, including awareness of competitor offerings, to confidently address customer enquiries and objections.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by participating in vehicle handovers, conducting final quality checks, and promptly responding to customer communications.
• Collaborate effectively with sales, finance, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle preparation and customer satisfaction.
• Support dealership targets by adhering to agreed customer contact and sales plans, contributing to penetration, profitability, and NPS (Net Promoter Score) objectives.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Previous dealership experience in the same/similar role.
• Strong sales focus with a track record of meeting targets.
• Clear, customer-focused communication.
• Confident handling of customer enquiries and timely issue escalation.

• Solid business, commercial, and financial understanding.
