The Job:
As a Sr. Real Estate Analyst, you’ll be part of our Global Real Estate Team working as a Hybrid employee. You will report to the Senior Manager, Global Real Estate and play a key role in supporting the Americas Real Estate team with reporting, analytics, and transaction management for a diverse and evolving portfolio. You’ll get to:
Portfolio & Transaction Management
- Assist with the implementation of portfolio plans that align with real estate goals
- Collaborate with brokerage professionals to negotiate leases, subleases, sales and purchases
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and reporting
- Resolve landlord/tenant disputes and ensure compliance with SBD’s real estate standards
- Communication & Presentation
- Develop dynamic PowerPoint presentations of portfolio analytics and recommended actions
- Communicate effectively with business unit leaders and senior leadership
- Contribute to concise presentations guiding business decisions
Process & Performance Management
- Assist in the continuous improvement of real estate transaction toolkit (e.g. requirement pack, pin wheel, timelines, etc)
- Measure transactional performance via KPI reviews
- Suggest process and technical improvements that reduce costs and improve efficiency
Financial & Strategic Analysis
- Review and interpret financial analysis, providing recommendations
- Identify occupancy cost savings opportunities
- Support business case development and execution of strategies with action plans and timelines
- Monitor competitors’ real estate footprints
The Person:

- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required in any field; finance/real estate preferred
- 3+ years of real estate experience in transactions management, corporate real estate or related experience
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple project/programs with limited and shared resources
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, and operate independently
- Strong problem-solving skills, ownership of solutions, and a constant drive to improve results
- Travel-up to 25%
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and database applications
