Early Childhood Teachers Wanted – West Chester
Location: West Chester, Ohio | Schedule: Monday-Friday | Pay: $15-$16/hour

Are you an experienced Preschool Teacher or Childcare professional looking to grow your career in early childhood education? We are hiring passionate Teachers to join our childcare team at our West Chester daycare center, where we inspire children through a play-based, developmentally appropriate curriculum.

If you have a background in childcare, preschool, or early childhood education and a heart for working with children, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

- Plan and lead age-appropriate activities supporting children's intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development
- Prepare children for kindergarten through our early childhood education curriculum
- Support daily childcare routines including feeding, changing, and nap time
- Maintain open communication with parents through our Classroom Management system
- Assist Lead Teachers and facility leadership with preschool classroom management

What You'll Need

- 18+ years of age (per Ohio requirements)
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience in a licensed early childhood, daycare, or childcare setting preferred
