- Design, build, and maintain the infrastructure and tools for managing Microsoft Power Platform environments and solutions
- Serve as subject matter expert in Microsoft Power Platform and establish best practices for pro-developers and low-code teams
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement solutions that meet their needs while adhering to best practices for scalability, reliability, and security.
- Drive Technology Risk reviews and implement security policies and solutions for preventive and detective controls
- Support users in resolving issues by troubleshooting, providing workarounds, or escalating to technology management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve development practices
- 5+ years of experience in Power Platform Environment administration, managing governance and security capabilities
- Hands-on experience designing and developing solutions in Microsoft Power Platform
- Hands-on development experience in implementing cloud and/or SaaS security and control implementations
- Knowledge of tools like Power Platform administration toolset like PAC CLI, PowerApps PowerShell Admin modules, and Dataverse APIs
- Foundational knowledge of Azure Cloud and Azure Entra ID
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- MS Power Platform Solution Architect certification (PL-600)
- Experience working in the financial industry is a plus

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this Jersey City, New Jersey, United States-based position is $150000-$250000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
