We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Program Manager for Product Operations to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in transforming innovative ideas into actionable plans, ensuring they are ready for engineering execution. You will manage a portfolio of feature ideas, oversee the preparation of key deliverables, and facilitate cross-functional communication to drive project success.
What You’ll Work On
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of feature ideas from the concept phase through to engineering readiness. Maintain a comprehensive portfolio of feature ideas, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Deliverable Preparation: Ensure that all necessary deliverables, including Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), release decks, and design specifications, are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Executive Coordination: Coordinate product reviews with executive leadership, securing buy-in for various projects. Present project updates and strategic initiatives to senior stakeholders.
- Strategy Planning: Lead quarterly and yearly strategy planning sessions to align product operations with overall business objectives. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive product success.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Act as a liaison between product management, engineering, design, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, and Customer Support. Ensure clear and consistent communication across teams to keep everyone informed and aligned. Facilitate collaboration with Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance with medical device regulations. Work closely with Marketing to align product launches with market strategies and with Customer Support to address user feedback and improve product experience.
- Project Definition and Approval: Ensure that projects are well-defined, meet all necessary approval gates, and are ready for engineering at the appropriate times. Facilitate the approval process and track project progress.
- Project Delivery: Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing a project; monitor progress and performance against the project plan; resolve operational problems, minimize delays. Liaise with other areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project.
