Job Description

You’ll provide direct administrative, financial, and contract support to the Construction Management team. Core Responsibilities

  • Provide direct contract and administrative support to Construction Project Managers.
  • Process and track RFIs, submittals, correspondence, and contract documentation.
  • Maintain organized project files and document control systems.
  • Prepare and review monthly contractor pay estimates and supporting documentation.
  • Track project costs, maintain budget logs, and assist with financial reporting.
  • Log and monitor change orders and support contract modifications.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and maintain action item tracking.
  • Monitor compliance documentation, including certified payroll and prevailing wage requirements.
  • Support overall construction management operations as needed.

You’ll thrive here if you have

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction contract administration, project coordination, or public works support.
  • Experience supporting capital construction or infrastructure projects preferred.
  • Associate’s degree in construction management, business, accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document management systems.
  • Experience with federally funded construction projects preferred.
  • Working knowledge of prevailing wage compliance and certified payroll review preferred.
  • Familiarity with force account documentation and change order processing preferred.
