About Houston
ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

What role you will play in our team
ExxonMobil is seeking an Executive Compensation Analyst to join our dynamic team driving competitive advantage through our people!
This individual contributor role works collaboratively and proactively to support designing, implementing, and managing executive compensation programs within our organization. You will assist with analyzing market trends, evaluating compensation structures, and ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards. This position requires excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.

What you will do
Work in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems, root causes and drive valuable solutions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including SEC regulations and corporate governance guidelines. Assist in the preparation, analysis, and data quality of proxy statements, disclosures, and regulatory filings related to executive compensation
- Assist in development, analysis and data quality for Annual Shareholder Meeting debrief, follow-up materials, and Shareholder engagement materials
- Assist in development, analysis and data quality for Board Compensation Committee and Management Committee reviews
- Non-Employee Director Compensation analysis, review, and administration
- Annual incentive compensation program validation, award analysis, and data quality check; Collaborate with other Human Resources and Legal teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Communicate compensation policies, procedures, and changes to executives and key stakeholders. Provide guidance and education to executives on compensation-related matters, including incentive structures, benefits
