Brand Operations Lead

Key Role:
Lead Brand Operations on strategic initiatives that span across Booz Allen. Be the central point of contact for core brand reviews, brand training sessions for the company’s brand transformation initiative, and lead projects that drive brand awareness. Collaborate and project manage internal in-house agency, merchandise suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Project Management, Brand Management, Marketing, or Communications at a B2B or a B2G (government) organization, or creative agency
Experience managing large-scale projects that involve multiple stakeholders within a matrixed organization, keeping timelines, and core documents on progress
Experience leading virtual and in-person presentations ensuring adherence to the company’s brand guidelines, policy, and compliance requirements
Experience with providing feedback that is grounded in research, metrics, and brand guidelines
Experience reviewing or creating templates and materials that adhere to guidelines, protect and propel the Booz Allen core brand consistently
Experience with Microsoft Products, knowledgeable with SharePoint and Ivalua
Bachelor’s degree

Ability to work in an ambiguous environment to drive positive change possessing resiliency in changing circumstances
Possession of excellent verbal and written collaboration skills with a solutions-oriented mindset

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
