Moultrie has ambitious hiring goals for the remainder of 2024 and beyond. To meet those goals, we are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to support our hiring activity. As Senior Recruiter, you will lead full-cycle recruitment of talented candidates across software engineering, electrical engineering, product, sales, marketing, finance, operations, CS, and other functions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will champion the candidate experience from start to finish.

 

Responsibilities:

• Own and lead recruiting activities across Moultrie.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience by proactively leading candidates throughout the entire hiring process, from searching, to initial phone screens, through the offer stage, all the way to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to qualify staffing needs.
• Source and attract talent utilizing various methods and channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate feedback sessions with interviewers.
• In partnership with the hiring manager and HR, negotiate and extend job offers to select candidates.
• Manage third-party recruiting agency relationships.
• Build talent pipelines by developing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and anticipating future openings.
• Participate in recruitment events, such as career fairs and networking events.
• Partner with marketing to develop recruiting support collateral.
• Track and report recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data and maintain recruitment records while ensuring recruitment processes comply with relevant laws and regulations, such as equal employment opportunity (EEO) laws.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of full life-cycle recruitment experience (ideally with a background in both corporate and agency environments)
• 5+ years of experience recruiting a wide range of professional staff (interns to executives)
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ATS software
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

• Experience recruiting for a high-growth tech startup
