Client Service Representative

VCA Mission San Jose Animal Hospital is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our well-established, 2 doctor practice in Fremont, CA.

Salary: $23 -25 / hour depending on experience

The ideal candidate will be a team player who is friendly, outgoing, flexible (including evenings until 6pm,  and some weekends), people-oriented and has excellent communication and client service skills.

 

 The Customer Service Representative—working under the supervision of the Hospital Manager—is responsible for admitting and discharging patients; client communication and education; scheduling appointments and answering phone calls. Must love both the pets and their people too!
