POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is in the Subgrant Application and Management (SAM) unit and reports directly to the Senior Management Analyst Supervisor. This is a full-time position that assists the SMAS in the administration, management, and evaluation of federal grants and subgrants.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position will be responsible for the administration, management, and evaluation of federal grants and subgrants.
Specific duties include:
- Performing administrative and programmatic analysis of award applications to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, procedures and requirements;
- Reviewing and processing monthly/quarterly financial reports and payment requests;
- Reviewing and processing amendment requests;
- Reviewing program generated income reports and payment requests; and
- Providing customer service to a large volume of award recipients.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of the methods of data collection and analysis;
- Knowledge of basic management principles and practices;
- Ability to document workflow;
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing;
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others;
- Ability to collect, evaluate, and analyze data to develop alternative recommendations; and
- Ability to work independently organizing, planning, and prioritizing work to meet deadlines.

BASE SALARY:
- $ 52,530.14
