The Opportunity
ACA is searching for an E-Learning Content Developer to work with the ComplianceAlpha Product Team and the Content & Advocacy Team among other internal and external stakeholders to help execute on ACA’s product vision and content strategy for its Learning Management System. This role involves creative thinking, technical expertise, and an understanding of client needs.

Our clients include leading investment advisers, private fund managers, commodity trading advisors, investment companies, broker-dealers, and domestic and international banks. ACA is based in New York City and has offices in London and other U.S. cities.
- Office Locations: NYC (office is near Grand Central), Pittsburgh, Medford, Oregon, Chattanooga, Portland, Maine and Boston
- Must be able to go into one of these offices 2 days/week (Hybrid)
What you’ll do:

Develop E-Learning Content: Create engaging and interactive e-learning content using tools such as Articulate 360 and iSpring Suite.

Collaborate with SMEs: Work closely with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather content requirements and ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.

Quality Assurance: Review and test e-learning modules to ensure they meet quality standards and are free of errors.

Contribute to Content Strategy: Provide input and insights to help refine the overall content strategy, ensuring it remains effective and in alignment with organizational goals and learner needs.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest e-learning trends and technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of training materials.
To qualify for this role, you must have:

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in developing e-learning content using Articulate 360, iSpring or related tools.

Experience learning complex software systems.

Exceptional knowledge of core MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
