ABOUT THE ROLE

The PatientIQ Data Operations Analyst is a critical team member focused on our customers and ensuring that they get the most out of the PatientIQ product, network, and services. The Data Operations Analyst will facilitate the seamless integration of customer data into our patient-reported outcomes SaaS platform as well as support internal organizational initiatives to improve related processes and tools. 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their data structure and requirements and troubleshoot any data-related issues.
  • Design and implement data integration solutions to facilitate the smooth transfer of patient-reported data into our SaaS platform.
  • Ensure data mapping, transformation, and validation processes are accurately configured.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on integrated data and implement data validation protocols to maintain data integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and platform usability.
  • Create comprehensive process documentation and training materials, ensuring transparency and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.     

Requirements

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • 0-2 years of experience in data analysis, integration, and quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Excel).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset to effectively work across internal teams across PatientIQ
  • Ability to travel at least 25% annually

NICE TO HAVES     

  • Experience with a CRM for tracking communications, knowledge management and support tickets
  • Healthcare and SaaS experience, especially experience working with integrating Electronic Health Records 
  • Experience with using Python as a programming language.
