About the Role

Mindvalley  is seeking a highly skilled and innovative HR Automation Lead to help us streamline and automate our HR processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing efficient workflows, automating processes, and integrating various tools to simplify HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement HR workflows and processes that are highly efficient, effective, and regulatory compliant.
• Leverage a variety of HR tools and integrations, such as HRIS, ATS, LMS, and benefits administration platforms, to automate HR processes including onboarding, performance management, and compensation.
• Develop and implement AI solutions, with a specific focus on chatbots powered by cutting-edge AI technologies such as ChatGPT, to streamline HR operations and provide exceptional employee support.
• Manage and optimize HR data, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and use data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to provide meaningful insights and inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IT and Finance, to integrate HR systems and data with other business systems.
• Stay up-to-date with new technology and industry trends, and proactively identify opportunities to innovate and optimize HR operations.
• Partner with HR leadership to align automation initiatives with overall HR and business objectives.
• Train and educate HR team members on new processes, tools, and workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR automation, HR operations, or a related field.
• Proven ability to create and implement highly efficient processes and workflows.
• Strong technical skills and experience with AI technologies, particularly chatbots and predictive analytics.
• Experience with a variety of HR tools and integrations, such as HRIS, ATS, LMS, and benefits administration platforms.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
• Extremely proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to simplify and optimize the HR landscape.
• Curious about new technology and industry trends, with a passion for innovation.
